Effect and Mechanism of Fuzheng Oral Liquid on Anlotinib Resistance in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Cells

To explore the reversal effect of Fuzheng oral liquid on anlotinib resistance in non-small cell lung cancer cells and its mechanism is objective study. 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazolyl-2)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay flow cytometric were performed to evaluate effects proliferation apoptotic cycles adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial line A549 cells, respectively. Western blot was detect expression levels unfolded protein response, endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation, E-cadherin, vimentin, beta-catenin, transcription factor 4 Axin anlotinib-resistant A549/AL3818 cells. Anlotinib-resistant successfully constructed named as A549/AL3818. solution had inhibition, apoptosis induction cycle blocking High dose able inhibit response A549/ AL3818 suppress wingless-related integration signaling pathway epithelial-mesenchymal transition progression The inhibitory winglessrelated same that paired box 6. inhibited through regulating response-endoplasmic degradation pathway, thereby reversing anlotinib.
